Changed up my cardio and bicep routine

Today I changed up my cardio with the dreaded stair climber. Is it just me or does it look like a mountain when you first get on it?  I changed because the elyptical was becoming too easy.  It was definitely more of a workout as I was able to get my heart rate up more easily than I have for the last week. I also decreased my weight and increased my reps to 33. I felt like it allowed me to isolate my biceps and could feel the blood flow maximize in my arms.

 

Thought for today: Our body can get used to a certain exercise in as little as two weeks. Be careful not to fall into the ” this isn”t so bad” trap. always continue challenging yourself
