Tonight is shoulder night. Military presses are one of my favorite shoulder and upper body core exercises. I don’t see a lot of people doing them in the gym anymore. I am not sure if it is because they are considered old fashioned. I think that they are very important to support the shoulder muscles as well as helping increase bench strength. If you would like to try them I would suggest that you perform them in a rack and stand on one foot to prevent rocking.
Thought for today: Don’t give up on proven lifts because they seem to be outdated. There is no such thing as a new and improved magic bullet
