I have one though that is stuck in my mind after my workout today. What if all of the machines and weights had zeroes on them? Would prople be more inclined to worry about their form and eliminate centrifugal force. I would like to offer a suggestion for your next workout. Imagine that there are no numbers for weight and concentrate on a slow controlled movement. Be sure to do between 20 and 25 reps. Give it an honest effort and see if you feel a difference in the targeted muscle.
