How many times have you heard someone say that they gained their weight back after a successful weight loss effort? I think one of the major causes of this stems from lack of planning for a lifestyle after the magic number. I think the real struggle begins at this time because people feel that they have crossed the finish line.  It’s really just the beginning so make sure you frame the lifestyle you have chosen as a journey.  Enjoy each and every success no matter how small and when you hit your magic number remind yourself that there is no finish line

  1. Totally true. People are of the misconception that the hardest part is losing the weight. However in most cases the hardest part is maintaining the weight loss long term and making those lifelong changes!

  2. I totally agree here! I lost 2 1/2 stone and then put more back on! I think people assume that once they are there that is it. They will stay like that!! I will definatly take this on! Will reblog this too as people should have a think about it! x
